Tools

For clinching you need a tool set consisting of punch and die. As standard types, the TOX program includes the following shapes

Flanged tool
Rectangular tools
Flat die
Flat die, offset

In addition we manufacture also special shapes and dimensions according to customer's requirements.

TOX Tools are made from materials of best quality on precision machines and further processed in our own hardening and coating plants. The proverbial quality of the TOX Products is assured by a certified Quality system.

Continuous further developments lead to improved stability of the products, for example, to the TOX Die with insert, or to multitalent tools like die shape SKB with fixed and mobile segments - for complex application an alternative to the standard tool.
